COOPERATION PROPOSAL FOR ROOFTOP PHOTOVOLTAIC PROJECTS

I. Requirements for Project Submission

To ensure the success of the project, applicant companies must meet the following requirements:

  • 1. Good credit reputation
The company must have a good credit reputation, with no pending financial or legal issues.
  • 2. Company operational stability
The company must not be involved in legal disputes or have significant interruptions in energy consumption. Furthermore, there must be no block, seizure, or legal dispute on the building, and no member of the company management should be on lists of defaulting debtors.
  • 3. Clear property rights
It is necessary to present legal documents proving the property rights of the roof, guaranteeing the legality of resource use.
  • 4. Energy consumption capacity
The customer must provide electricity bills for the last 12 months, load data (optional), site electrical diagrams, and transformer technical parameters to confirm the energy consumption capacity.
  • 5. Roof load-bearing evaluation
Floor plans and structural drawings of the roof are required to evaluate the load capacity and ensure safety in the installation of the photovoltaic system.

II. Cooperation Models and Features

Based on the presence or absence of the customer's energy needs, the investor proposes three commercial cooperation models, aimed at exploiting the Italian photovoltaic market to offer long-term benefits without initial investments from the customer.

Cooperation Model Contract Duration Description Benefits for the Customer
Roof Rental 25 years The investor finances the system and the customer receives an annual fee. No initial cost, the system becomes property at the end.
Rental + Fixed Price 25 years Annual fee for the rental and purchase of energy at a competitive price. Savings up to 40% on energy costs, system owned after the contract.
Dynamic Discounted Energy Price 11 years No initial cost, discounted rates for the energy produced. Reduced-price energy without initial investments.
